KKS Challenge #194, Embellish It

Welcome back for another totally fun challenge here at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!!! We've got a great challenge for you again this week!! Come along and play with us! 

This week our hostess is SHERI!! Her challenge for you this week is EMBELLISH IT!! So create a card, scrapbook page or altered item (with a Kraftin' Kimmie stamp) and share it with us here! I hadn't had the chance yet to play with this sweet Lexi image from the Lil Athletes set and thought she'd be fun to use for this weeks Embellish challenge. Such a cute and sweet image to and all kinds of pretty and frilly embellishments to. The paper I thought was worked nicelt as well, soft colours with kind of a brocade type design to them. Anyway I had a lot of fun with this challenge. Embellish away!!

So I hadn't had the chance to colour up this  Lucas stamp from the July release You've got Game and I was trying to figure out a way that I could make it work with this Back to School challenge. Then I came across this sentiment stamp in my collection and thought A Ha!! This will work!! :) Paired it up with some paper from Fly a Kite MME and a few buttons. Perfect!

KKS August Release Day is HERE!!!

Well welcome back!! We're so excited! It’s our AUGUST RELEASE Day at KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS!! And we’re celebrating with a KRAFTY HOP!

Over the last few days in our Krafty Peeks, we have shared lots of AMAZING new stamps from all our artists for our Halloween release! We’ve got something for everyone!! For these two cards I created somewhat of a scene leaving the focus on the images so I kept it simple by just adding a few glittery MFT clouds and some yellow gems to create the night sky. Again with the I pick You image I just added a few Prima leaves to complete the tree.

Day Four of KKS August Sneak Peaks

We are SO thrilled to share the newest trio of stamps from Rachelle! Let's call the collection......FABULOUS FALL!!! It includes stamps called.... Fall Fun!, I pick YOU! and Pick of the Patch!!!

The rich warm paper's I used are from MME A Happy Heart, a nice mixture of some fall colours that are a perfect fit with this sweet image Pick of the Patch. Sweet and simple. This would work nicely on a fall scrap book layout as well.  Hmmm, I must remember this with Autumn approaching. :)

KKS Day One of August Sneak Peaks!!!

It's time for Kraftin' Kimmie's AUGUST 2013 RELEASE!!!!! We've been dying to share this month's new STAMPS with you!! We've got SO many exciting things going on....so let's get to it!

We are kicking off the *New* AUGUST Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps previews today and we're SO excited to share these new stamps with you from artist, Nicole Aspinall!!! Today we’d like to introduce you to these spooooooky new sets ….FROM BEYOND THE GRAVE! and TIME FOR A COFFIN BREAK!

I coloured the witch and the cauldron using my copics and then carefully trimmed out around them leaving just a small border of white. Then I punched some circles and found some black glittery paper (from the $ store) for the perfect mysterious touch. I made the cobwebs with my MS cobweb border punch and added some little green gems and voila, that's it. Sweet and simple. 

These fabulous images are perfect for your Halloween cards, tags and treat bags!! And you'll see this in the amazing samples today!
