KKS October Release Day is Here!!

We're so excited! It’s our OCTOBER RELEASE Day at KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS!! And we’re celebrating with a KRAFTY HOP!! So grab yourself a cuppa joe, sit back and be prepared for some krafty eye kandy! We're going to inspire your creations with our new stamps and MORE!

Over the last few days in our Krafty Peeks, we have shared lots of AMAZING new stamps from all our artists for our October/Winter release! We’ve got something for everyone!! We’ve got TWO sweet new sets featuring our favourite kiddos from Cheryl……HAVE AN ICE DAY! and YOU'RE SO COOL! And we have TWO new setS of fun winter birdies and kiddos from Thais Narciso called...... I'M SNOW HAPPY and YOU'RE SO TWEET! and also artist Rachelle Anne Miller has FOUR awesome new stamps we'll call the CUDDLE UP Collcection! Eeeee!!

So I had so much making the last decoration I thought I'd make another with the Have an Ice Day set. Again I just covered some coasters with some dp and mod podge, coloured the images with my copics. I made the ice with a cool iridescent sticker that I had in my stash, it's actually clear so I put a sheet of white behind it. I thought it turned out really great and had that shimmer and sparkle that ice has. Now I need to find a place to hang it,...or maybe it'll be a gift for someone. Anyway I hope you like it.

Welcome back to day FIVE of our JUNE Kraftin' Kimmie Peeks!!! As if yesterday's announcement that we've added a new artist to the Krafty Krew wasn't enough ...today we are introducing you to ANOTHER of our brand new artists!!! You may have heard her name before and we are SO excited to welcome her to the team!! Meet RACHELLE ANNE MILLER!!! 

We are SO thrilled to share the very first trio of CUTIE PIE GIRLS from Rachelle!.......Birthday Girl, Dance for Joy and Sweet Little Princess!!

KKS challenge118

Hi there and welcome to this week's Kraftin Kimmie's Stamps challenge. This week our challenge was to use 2 KKS stamps on our card. At first I had no idea what I was going to come up with but then I came across these two images and thought they would work perfectly together.

Jack and beach Miles (who I believe has now retired) are having a day at the beach. The papers I used i think are from a DCWV paper pack. Otherwise I kept the card very much lie a scene. I hand cut the clouds out and inked around the edges of them with some soft sky ink from Stampin Up and added some stickles. I also stamped some star fishes that came with Calliope one of the KKS mermaids. I stamped them on some patterned paper and added a bit of glitter with my Sakura pen. I put some crystal lacquer on Jack's beach ball to make it all shiny and make it pop.

I think all the Krafty Girls did an outstanding job with their cards this challenge. A truly talented bunch of girls I'm proud to be on a design team with :) Check out their cards here.
