Hi there!! welcome to this week's Kraftin' Kimmie's Stamps challenge. Today's challenge is to use heat or dry embossing on our cards. So I'm going to take you back a couple of few years when I first got my Cuttlebug. I thought this thing was the best tool ever!!! I especially loved how quick and easy it was to emboss. No stylus tool that left your hand aching that you had to take a break from crafting. lol
So needless to say I bought a whole bunch of embossing folders, I don't use them nearly as often so it was kinda nice to pull them out for this challenge.
I used this lil cutie from the Snips and Snails set, coloured him using my copics matching to the MME All spice paper, added some Baker's twine and a couple of buttons. For the embossing I used one of those narrow CB embossing Borders.
Also the Frugal Friday specials are now on at the KKS store so pop by and check out those deal and also drop by the KKS challenge blog to see what the rest of the Krafty gals came up with for this week's challenge.
Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your weekend. :)

So cute Angie and I love the embossing along the edge. I hardly ever use my folders either, they look so nice I don't know why I don't! Great card!
Awe- he is a cutie for sure!! I have never seen one of those skinny folders in use! Super fun!!

This is a fabulous card and great for a boy too! I never thought to use the sentiment as the dry embossing - it's brilliant and looks great! :D
