Today's Kraftin Kimmie challenge is to Welcome in Spring...using spring colours. I chose to use Yvette for this challenge. she looks like she's heading out to pick flowers...or maybe an Easter Egg hunt. Most of the supplies I used are from Stampin Up. Some old designer paper, (that I loved) and the punch for the sentiment. A few prima flowers and some teal ribbon from Dollarama.
To see more of this weeks Kraftin Kimmie challenge you'll see more here.
Thanks for stopping by, and have a great weekend.

KKS Challenge #70
Hi there. Enjoying the weather?? If you had children that were on their March Break this past week I hope you enjoyed yourselves. The weather here has been fantastic. No complaints. My girls went up to visit with my parents for a few days so I've had a lil March Break of my own. A little shopping and a whole lot of spring cleaning...Inside and out. Feels good to get some of that stuff done and out of the way. For the weekend were going to just relax with the family and enjoy the weather, hopefully it continues. :)
So anyway. Today's Kraftin Kimmie challenge is to use Big Buttons and no other embellishments. So I used Billy Blythe. I kept my card very simple, distressing and inking the edges of my paper to make it look all old and weathered. The paper I think is from the Green Stack from DCWV. The stamped image of the treasure map on the background paper is from an old pirate SU set.
I had bought a big bag of buttons (that's a mouthful) at SGD. I love them. I have used the larger ones on a lot of scrapbooking layouts and the smaller ones on cards. And the variety of colours are awesome.
Now to see more of this weeks Big buttons challenge head on over o the Kraftin Kimmie challenge blog.
Thanks for stopping by and have a GREAT weekend!!!! :)

KKS Challenge #69
Kraftin Kimmie's Stamps challenge # 69- Anything goes. Well I like that challenge. I chose to use Brigitte for this one, doesn't she look so relaxed. I coloured her with my copics and added a little bit of star dust stickles to the bubbles. But you probably can't see that too well. The paper's are from DCWV- Black Current paper stack.
I thought they looked so rich and luxurious for a background for Brigitte, as well as some glittery paper that I framed around her. I added a few dew drops and the Spoil Yourself sentiment also comes with Brigitte as well as an accessory stamp of a bottle of bubble bath.
Well I'm off to have a Krafty day with a few friends, what more could a gal ask for :)
Be sure to see what the rest of the Krafty Girls came up with here, and come back tomorrow for the official release of Kraftin Kimmie March release.

Sneak peaks day three...and...
Today is a GREAT DAY!!
One...because this gal here... with her cup of coffee,... her name is ANGIE * Eeeeeks :) *
I loooove my coffee, and I looooove my stamp. If only my hair looked that good when I woke up. lol
Two...It's Friday and just the beginning of march break.
Three...it's my Birthday!! :) yeah!!
So my good friend and krafty pal Kimmie made me a stamp. I'm beyond thrilled and honoured to have an image named after me. Thanks Kimmie :)
I found this paper at Dollar Giant, isn't it perfect...and it's glittery. I used my SU and MS border punches on some pink Bazzil bling cardstock and then added a strip of the designer paper to the middle. I also added a few primas that I had gotten at Micheal's on clearance for less then half the price. I love it when you can score a good deal.
Again to see more of Kraftin Kimmie' Stamps newest and bestest images pop on over to the challenge blog.
Lots more to see!!

Sneak Peeks day one
Today's Kraftin Kimmie sneak peak is from the Krafty Quotes #2 set. "Peace begins with a smile." Mother Teresa
It also comes with three other quotes. Perfect for scrapbooking as well.
Still trying to use up some of my scraps I went through my bits and pieces and came up with this design. I used my spellbinders to create the tag and my Martha Stewart punch to make the butterflies.
Can't wait to show you what I've got made for the next few days...another fabulous release. Stay tuned...:)
But for now you can see more Sneak Peeks at the Kraftin Kimmie challenge blog.

KKS Challenge # 68
Today's Kraftin Kimmie challenge is to use twine or floss on your card. I chose to play with Charlotte. Charlotte was the very first KKS that I fell in love with. I loved her hair, her clothes, the dolls, and especially her little dimple under her eye like she's twitching or something. lol
The paper is unknown to me because it's from box of 6 x 6 that a friend of mine and I created with each others stash. We went through most of our designer paper and chopped up the 12 x 12 sheets into 4, each getting 2. It worked out really well, now she has some of mine I have some of her's. Paper bliss.
I added some thick rick rack that I got back in the fall at Hobby Lobby, a few buttons and some Baker's Twine that fellow Krafty girl Andrea gave me in exchange of her daughter's bangs being trimmed. I can work with that. Work in exchange for krafty stuff. lol :)
I've already had a peek at the other Krafty Girls cards and they look awesome. Do you want to see??...of course you do. Check them out here.
Have a super weekend.
